How to changs LNAB from Unknown on an open profile

I am sorting an merging some old profiles, in one family one of the children has the LNAB set to unknown, well two did but one was solved when merged, the other has an unresponsive profile manager but being an open profile I can correct most of the data there.

What I cannot do is set the LNAB to Seton, I can change his current last name.

Did you private message AND place a bulletin board message on George Seton profile to the Profile owner to ask if you could change the LNAB ?It might help to add your source right on the profile in the bulletin board.  

It seems he has been very active but not recently . Sometimes illness or death or loss of email facilities causes this problem.

The profile manager has been unresponsive to requests on many other profiles, I'll go through the whole process and post on the bulletin board as well. But it should be easier to change an obvious error on an open profile,
