I have not figured out how to open a profile. if some one could explain go me. thank you kathy

Hi Kathy do you mean change the privacy level of a profile to open  if you do  go to privacy on the profile page you will see privacy levels for Profile of ......... check the circle next to open privacy than click set new privacy level Terry

Hi Kathy,

            If you mean a profile on your family tree all you have to do is hover your mouse over the name of the person whose profile you want to open on the tree (the mouse changes from a pointer to a hand when you do this), then click on the name and that opens the person's profile page. To edit or work on thta profile click the edit tab and a new page opens and then you can edit any or all of the detail on that page. Further down the edit page there is a preview changes button, you use that to check how the changes look before you save them. Always remember to click the save changes button at the bottom of the edit page and make a quick explanation of the changes made in the explain changes box.
