Name: Franz Martin Adolf Grützmacher 

Place of birth: Mecklenburg,Schwerin,Lübtheen

Dob: 1907

Immigrated to South Africa around 1934.

I am looking for help building my familytree. My grand father was Franz Martin Adolf Grützmacher from Mecklenburg,Schwerin,Lübtheen.

He immigrated to South Africa just before the 2nd world war.

Any help with information around his father, mother or related family will be appreciated. Most records seem to have been lost in ww2.

The date for this at the National archives shows 1914 however, the probate records were filed in 1923.
