Why do my suggestions look messy

Question

Hi: Just wondering why my suggestions report  looks messy. I have error 505 that has 7 status reports..gender is correct . And error 511 name is spelled correctly. 310 has 6 reports.

Some are old errors that should be removed.

What can I do about this:) M.

Hi Marie,

I'm looking at your suggestions report. Thank you so much for trying to fix those!

For the 511 Error on Robinson & Moyers - Change the status to 'False Suggestion' and mark it 'Name is correct' so that it won't check for it again. Otherwise - it puts it back on the suggestion report the next time they run a check for errors.

Do the same on Meigs-32. 'False Suggestion' and click 'Gender is correct'

You also have a number of FindAGrave errors - For those, you can either match the profile to the FindAGrave info (only if it seems correct - beware that they may have incorrect information, check the tombstone pics), or you can notify FindAGrave - and suggest an edit, to match you sourced date.If you notify FindAGrave, mark the suggestion 'Not Corrected' so that it will give them a month to make the changes, or notify you that they haven't.
