What year was Mary Ann born? Where was their residence in the 1851 census? There are quite a few Mary and John Seabrooke.

Dont know her birth date but 1851 census said she was 30 which would make it 1821,the address was 2. 7 Dennison Street Liverpool;i think that was St Paul District

The John Seabrook who married Mary Ann McMullin was a mariner ,it was his father who was a perfumer I think the McMulin family came from County Down in Ireland. John the mariner has gone off the radar since after his marriage in 1845
