Duplicated notables

Question

Not so long ago, I went for a walk. By "went for a walk" I mean, I was minding my own business looking for a couple of particular profiles and found others (not related or associated with what I was looking for)

Listed below are two sets of clearly duplicated notables awaiting to be merged and additionally connected to the global tree: Jensen Ackles and Marvin Gaye.

• Jensen Ackles has the profiles of 55 and 41
• Marvin Gaye has the profiles of 2966 and PPP1218

Perhaps we can remedy this?

I retagged the question so the sysops can see it. Haven't checked the Gaye profiles yet, but one of the Ackles profiles is managed by someone who hasn't been active in more than a year so you'll definitely need the Team to intervene... or you could file an UPM on Ackles-41.

Urich-21 and Urich-113 are also duplicate notables. There is a pending merge.

I see there are now pending merge requests for these two.

I have come across a few duplicates in my wanderings as well hence a few merge requests initiated.

It should be easy to connect Marvin Gaye through his marriage to Anna Gordy, sister of connected Berry Gordy.

Marvin's profiles are open, so that merge can be completed after 30 days if it isn't before. I completed Jensen's.
