Hungarian queen's profile needs some TLC

Question

This one looks pretty... YIKES. Surname is the dreaded (UNKNOWN) Unknown, other surname is Queen Cons (presumably standing for Queen Consort of Hungary). Can someone please fix this up a bit?

I've toyed with the name fields to try to improve it some ("Queen Cons" in the Suffix field was particularly weird). Would you mind changing the title of the question to something like "Which LNAB for Izabella Jagiellonka, Queen of Hungary" so that it's visible that it's a LNAB problem before opening the thread?

I'm not pre-1700 certified, but it seems pretty clear to me that her surname should be Jagiellonka, same as her siblings. See Wikipedia in both English and Hungarian:

Also, "Erdel Belgradı" in her death location is rather nonsensical. (What language is it supposed to be?) For the name of the place at the time of the event, I come up with Gyulafehérvár, Fehér vármegye, Erdély. (That's city, county, and principality.) Spelling at the time was non-standardized and would be pretty unrecognizable to modern readers, so I've stuck with modern spelling rules. (One attested spelling, dated 1488/1746, meaning a 1746 copy of a document originally from 1488, is Gywlafeyerwár.)

The LNAB question here does again raise the as yet not definitively settled question "dynastic name" or "sex-specific name". Jagiellonka is the female form of the name, the dynastic name is Jagiellonowie. So far EuroAristo prefers the dynastic name but we have lots of sex-specific Eastern European names floating around.

Birth place is Krakow, Królestwo Polskie, she died in Gyulafehérvár, Erdélyi Fejedelemség, not in Hungary! Transylvania at that time was not part of Hungary but a client state of the Ottoman Empire.

Bălgrad was the Rumanian name for Alba Iulia (Gyulafehérvár, Weißenburg).
