where do I find the profile IDs of individuals in a recently uploaded gedcom?

They will not be allocated a profile id until you complete the gedcompare process and add new people to the tree.

Please read here about GEDCOMpare.

I see that you uploaded a GEDCOM twice today. You must go through the process before any profiles are added to the tree. It is not automatic as it may be on other sites.
