was wondering why we do not list the "World War I Victory Medal" or is it under a different name?  or is it not that important?  Maybe all the Soldiers received one?

My understanding is that anyone who served in UK or British Empire forces in the theatre of war would have received this medal. If they served at home they would not have received it.

The USA Victory Medal is different from the British Victory Medal. Your profile is missing lots of info but it looks like United States due to the Categorization you've done. I'm not sure anyone has created it. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_War_I_Victory_Medal_(United_States) for info about it.

All Allied forces the served in the theater of the war received the Victory Medal. All medals had the same ribbon. Each country had their own medallion and clasps.
