Philip was the wife of William Mead, both Puritan Great Migration Project profiles.
Apparently the transcript of her death in the Stamford, CT Town Record was very difficult to read, so we have Philip? and Kilvy? Also some earlier authors made assumptions which are since disputed (see profile for Name section).
One of the alternate first names, Kilvy, was mistaken for her maiden name (by me). After re-reading the article by Remington, it is now clear that we have no information about her last name at birth.
