Very interesting picture of a handsome young man. Was he a member of the Mormon Brigade? It feels like so much US history if the picture could just talk.

Very handsome fellow and serious with his sword as well, he should be looks like cutting edge up. Very well posed and surrounded by his paraphernalia, you should be able to get something off the hat.  Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful young man with us

A  very handsome man. And he is distinguished indeed! Both military and police officer. He is proud of the sword and of his duty. Thank you for sharing this American and Utah hero with us.
