Boy's home for children in the 1940 in Baltimore, Md?

Question

My dad was placed in a home after his mother gave birth to his sister.  He was only about 7 years old so it would have been 1939 or 1940.  I believe my grandmother had post-partum depression and couldn't cope for about a year with my dad.  He did return home and no one is alive to verify any info.  Thank you for any help and your kindness.
