Good grief.  My uncle used to live in Everton Park, just around the corner from Brookside (if that still exists).  Many, many, many years ago I lived in Mitchelton, a hop, skip and a jump from Brookside. (I used to walk there, pushing the pram.)

I live in Bardon, not far from Everton Hills. My mother was Betty Nicholls, born in Shropshire, moved to Liverpool at 5 and moved to London after marrying dad in 1937.
