This person has been dead for 100 years. can the profile be opened so we can put references on it?

This person died in 1919.  I think these profiles can be made public when they hit their 100 year anniversary.  How do we get this opened so references can be added?

You can submit an Open Profile Request (link in Rita's Family Tree & Tools page), but why not just ask the PM?  He was active as of a few months ago.  Either way, you'll have to provide a source proving the 1919 death.

Thanks Herbert.  This was more a question about process using this profile as an example than a concern about the profile manager.  But I do have the FAG ready if it is opened.
