Where do we add photo's to profiles?

Question

There used to be a space on the right side of a profile where we could add photo's.  It is no longer there, especailly on the newer profiles that are created.  An example I can give is one that has been here for a while. Is this because of privacy issues? Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks,  M.

I still see it - under edit - add image.  Mags
