how do you add a add profile image

I added an image for my ancestor.  Then I edited it and wanted to replace the first one.  I thought I should first delete the first image and found in Help that you disconnect the image from the profile to delete it.  (I wold have preferred a "delete image" option somewhere in the profile).  I added the revised image but it does not show as the profile image.  I click on the profile (head icon) in the upper left.  I tried to add the image.  It said it was a probable duplicate and to add the ID ("Lewis-35600") to the "people and things in the image".  I did that but it still does not show as the main image (or profile image or whatever it's called).   Why not?  I've spent 15 mins. on this and it's very frustrating.  I like WikiTree but some things are not intuitive and it makes me grumpy.  This should be a simple operation and it's not.

Thanks.  I eat my words.  This was simple after all, had I looked further.

Assuming https://www.wikitree.com/photo/jpg/Lewis-36500-1 is the image you want to set as the profile image, scroll down that page until you see "Set as Primary Photo" in the right-hand column. Check the box there and click the button that says "Set as Primary."
