I'm having the darndest time trying to figure out how to enter multiple spouses. The lady was married 3 times

Click on the "edit" tab. On the right, you will see the various relationships already added. Just below the name of the current spouse there's an option to add a new spouse.

Leanne's answer above is correct.  I would merely like to add that clicking the Add/Remove Spouse option it will take you to a new page.  Read and complete that page VERY carefully, including scrolling down to the very bottom to ensure you have chosen all the selections for the change you wish to make.
