I love these old photos. They are so reflective of their lifestyle. Notice that George is wearing a 3 piece suit and has a pocket watch chain showing.  My husband is a retired watchmaker and he has many pocket watches and chains in his collection that would have come from that era. He has surname, Jones, so he may be kin.  We live in Tennessee. Thanks for sharing.

1889. Boy, there is a lot of material in that dress. I hope it was more comfortable than it looks. She looks so small in in.
