Anna Maria Albrandt was born around 1757 in Germany to Andreas Albrandt and Eva Katharina, last name unknown. She immigrated from Germany to Russia when she was only 5 years old.
Head of the Household Andreas Albrecht [Albrandt], age 33, widower
Child #1 Heinrich Albrecht [Albrandt], age 8
Child #2 Johann Andreas Albrecht [Albrandt], age 5
Child #3 Johann Heinrich Albrecht [Albrandt], 2
Child #4 Anna Maria Albrecht [Albrandt], age 13
Child #5 Katharina Albrecht [Albrandt], age 11
Child #6 Elisabeth Albrecht [Albrandt], age 4
She had six full siblings. After the death of her mother, her father remarried Anna Maria Schiekendanz and the couple had 10 children, Anna Maria's half-brothers and sisters.
Anna Maria married Nikolaus Seibel by 1782 and the couple went on to have eight documented children:
Susanna Elisabeth Seibel, born 1783
Maria Katharina (Seibel) Muth, born 1784
Johann Georg Seibel, born 1788
Unknown Seibel, born 1790
Maria Elisabeth (Seibel) Becker, born 1791
Nikolaus Seibel, born 1792
Elisabeth Margaretha Seibel, born 1798
Johann Heinrich Seibel, born 1804
Because of the large gaps between some of the children, she may have had miscarriages, still born babies, or infants who did not survive more than a short period of time. If she had any female children before 1815 who married and lived with their husbands' families by 1834, they would not be listed in a census with their biological parents. Any sons who were born after 1798 and died before 1816 would have been noted in the 1816 male-only census and not in the 1834 census which included males and females.
Anna Maria was 72 years of age in the 1834 census, and was not listed in the 1857 census. She most likely passed away between 1835 and 1850. If she survived past 1850, she would have been older than 88, and living to that age was less typical for Volga Germans.
