Biography

Rhoda was born in 1850. Rhoda was the child of John Anderson and Elizabeth Maxey.

Rhoda was on the census as R. Anderson in Beat No. 6, Parker Texas in 1860.[1] She was living with her widowed father and three siblings - Lindsey, William, and Phoebe.

She was on the census in Hickory Hill, Wayne county, Illinois in 1870. She was living with her father and his third wife Elizabeth Lancaster (or Lamaster). Siblings, Lindsey, William and Phoebe were also in the household.[2] They were also in the same location in 1880.[3] Rhoda was still in her father's household.

Rhoda and her widowed father John were on the Hickory Hill census in 1900.[4] Both were listed as unable to read or write.

Her father John died in 1908. She went to live in the household of brother William H. Anderson in 1910.[5]

She never married.

Rhoda passed away on 06 Feb 1916 in Hickory Hill, Wayne, Illinois. [6]
