Oliver, his parents, and his brother Ralph made a grant of an interest in a church at Saxelby and land at Driholm to Newhouse Priory, partly for the soul of William 'de Albeniaco' (d’Aubigny) who had given them the fee.[1]
Petronilla, Countess of Leicester, granted him the manor of Enderby, Lincolnshire, a grant confirmed by King John in 1204.[2]
He died, leaving no heirs, after 12 August 1216, when King John granted some lands to Oliver, brother of Philip 'd'Aubigne'.[2] After his death there is a record of his lands at Enderby passing to his brother Philip.[3]
