Biography
Hezekiah was born about 1750, and was baptized by Joseph Whipple at Hampton Falls on July 8, 1750. He was the son of Theophilus Batchelder and Maria Blake.[1]
He married Abigail Mathews, on July 24, 1771.[2]
- " Hezekiah Bachelor of George Town and Abigail Ross of Harpswell, married July 24. 1771." [3]
They removed to Thomaston before 1777,[4] where all 9 of their children were born. He was a resident of Thomaston in 1790,[5] where he occassionally worked in the salt works industry. [6]
