The census records do not agree on where he was born. His birth place comes from his WWII Draft Card Registration. [1] [2]

His marriage date is based on the newspaper article and the New York State, Marriage Index gives location as Champlain, New York. [3] [4]

William worked for the Heart's Delight Farm in Chazy, New York.

  2. Lawrence William Baker born 18 May 1905 in Chazy, New York and died 6 Nov 1972 in Plattsburgh, New York. He married Mary Grace Brault on 17 Mar 1928 in Plattsburgh, New York. They were the parents of two known children.
  3. Cora Mariam Bélanger born 7 Dec 1906 in Chazy, New York and died 16 Jul 1951 in Plattsburgh, New York. He married Leopold Joseph Brunelle in 1929. They were the parents of three known children.
