Arthur Cherry was born in 1895. He was the son of William Cherry and Elizabeth Webb.[1] He was a buttermaker at Oakey Butter Factory.
He fought in World War I as Private in 15th Batallian in WWI, but died of wounds 6 June 1918, Amiens. Buried at Crouy British Cemetery (Plot III, Row A, Grave No. 18), Crouy-Sur-Somme, France. British War medal.[2]
