Biography

--Ivan is the last child born to Thomas and Hattie (Glascock) Graham on Lopez Isand, WA. He lives with the family, working the farm like the other Graham kids until he marries.

--Nov 1926 m. Ona May "Onnie" Whalen (1909–1992) dau of Bert & Hattie (Gallenger) Whalen of Lopez Island, WA.:--the couple had no children and divorced sometime between 1940 and 1972, when Ona re-married.

--U.S. Public Records Index, 1950-1993 find Ivan living in Linden, WA, extreme north of the state, near the Canadian border.

--Ivan dies 11 Jul 1994 in Linden, WA. The SSA record says his SSN was first issued in Alaska. Several of the Graham family were mariners and fishermen. So it is reasonable to assume Ivan had been working the fishing industry in Alaska, as the record says, 'before 1951". Perhaps working in Alaska is the reason for his divorce? Or the divorce preceded his going to Alaska?
