Biography
The hometown of Verena was Untermettmenstetten. There are two towns called Untermettmenstetten, one in the district of Bülach, the other in the district of Affoltern. The one Verena's from is in the district of Bülach. While completely separate areas in the district of Bülach, they are part of the town of Mettmenstetten in the district of Affoltern. see a map of it here: [1]
The church records for Mettmenstetten start in 1614 for baptisms but weddings, deaths are a bit later.
