Thelmon L. Jackson
Services for Thelmon L. Jackson, 82, will be held today at 2 p.m. at the Simpson Church of God with the Rev Terry Adams officiating. Burial will be in the Welcome Cemetery in Simpson.

He died Sunday at Pinehaven Nursing Home.

He was a native and life long resident of Simpson. He was a collector for the Louisiana Department of Revenue.

Survivors include his wife, Prudie Jackson of Simpson, a son, Frank Jackson of Houston, Texas, a brother, A. Z. Jackson of West Monroe, four sisters, Fula V Gaines and Velma Shaw both of Houston, Texas, Rae Epting of Atlanta, Ga. and Frankie D. Adams of Summerville, S. C., three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
