Epaphroditus was born June 16th, 1758 at Hebron, CT. He married Eunice, the daughter of Moses Bascom and Eunice Serverance at Greenfield, MA in 1782. They had eleven children. Epaphroditus died in 1808; Eunice died in 1810. Epaphroditus was a carpenter and millwright. He served in the War of Independence in Rhode Island.
