Biography

Frances Martyn was born on 7 February 1765 and was christened on 2 July 1764 in Denton, Lincolnshire, England. She was the daughter of George Martyn and Dorothy Fletcher.^[1][2]

In 1784, she married John Starbuck.

John and Frances had at least five sons and four daughters:
