Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday at Moore Funeral Home in Hattiesburg for Lula Ree Bounds Layton, 73, of Hattiesburg, who died Sept. 24, 1994, at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg.

The Rev. C.R. Williams will officiate. Interment will be in Coaltown Cemetery in Purvis.

Pallbearers will be Richard Bounds, Robert E. Bounds, George Mayfield, Harold Lee, Frank Hachmuth and Scott Bourne.

A native of Mize, Mrs. Layton had lived most of her life in the Hattiesburg area. She was a homemaker and a member of Central Baptist Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Betty Wade of Hattiesburg; one son, Robert E. Bounds of Clarksville, Tenn.; four grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at Moore Funeral Home in Hattiesburg.
