Biography
Frank was a veteran of WWI and graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Agriculture in St. Paul, 1912. He was a farmer and operated "The Larches" on the old McNelly farm on Portland Prairie. He was an Honor Seine Grower and a recipient of the Skelly Award as an outstanding farmer and community leader.[1] He was a member of Masonic Lodge No. 20, A.F. & A. M. , and held its 50-year pin, and belonged to the Caledonia Eastern Star. he was a past director of the Tri-State Breeders Association and past president of the Houston County Farm Bureau.[2]
