The son of [[Morrow-1113}James Knox Polk Morrow Sr]] and Elizabeth Ann (Stephens) Morrow, James Morrow was born in Guntersville, Alabama[citation needed] in 1872, residing there with his family.[1]
He married Mary Ann (Copelin) Morrow, the daughter of Henry Copelin and Sarah Elizabeth Thompson, marrying in Marshall County, Alabama on September 30, 1894,[2][3][4][5] with the marriage performed on the same day they received their marriage license. Their children included:
Harriet James Morrow (1894-1970)
Martha G. Morrow (1899-)
Mary E. Morrow (1902-1962)
James Polk Knox Morrow III (1907-1943)
Robert Lusk Morrow (1910-1898)
They made their home for a time in in Warrenton, Alabama,[6] residing by 1920 in Guntersville, Alabama.[7] In 1930, they lived in Birmingham, Alabama.[8]
James Morrow passed away in Birmingham, Alabama[citation needed] at the age of 54.[9]
