It looks like we have the wrong Elizabeth Fitz Randolph here. I'm not an expert on this particular line, but it looks like Elizabeth daughter of David and Rebecca was born about 1801, married Van Culen Hampton and died 1847. The Elizabeth Fitz Randolph born in 1811 married to James Whitacre looks to be the daughter of another David Fitz Randolph [Fitz_Randolph-236] and his wife Mary Richardson. As noted in Fitz Randolph-236 profile, there were several David Fitz Randolph's in Ohio around that time, and in Warren County -- so easy to confuse. Elizabeth 1811-1889 being the daughter of David and Mary is consistent with her death record which names her parents. Can you confirm and if I'm right, then we can correct the data for this Elizabeth and reconnect James Whitacre to the right Elizabeth Fitz_Randolph-717. Thanks!
Thanks! I have gone ahead and done the reconnections and changed the married name/birth/death. Hopefully Reilly will also be ok with this. We can always undo if there is some evidence to the contrary, but it looks pretty convincing to me. I will be continuing to add info for James Whitacre and their children.
