Biography

At some time after 1883, Harvey's wife Theodocia died, and Harvey moved to Montana with his daughters. Since the 1890 census was destroyed in a fire, the next mention of Ella May is in the Precinct Bergen, Jefferson County, Colorado census of 1900, when Mr. Hartman, to whom she had been married for eight years, had already died.

By 1904, Ella had married Fredrick Warren, and they had a daughter, Laura, in that year in Wyoming. Three years later, they had their second daughter, Mabel.
