Lowell was born in 1919. He was the son of Rev. Eddy Thompson Underwood-5345 and Muriel Belle Forster-1971. He served in WW II as a 2nd Lieut. He married Mary Voeltz-27 in 1948. They lived in Murray, Utah and Huntsville, Utah. They had stillborn twins in 1949 and three daughters. He passed away in 1980.
