Born on February 13, 1813 in Warren County, Kentucky a daughter of Rev. Gabriel and Elizabeth (Simmons) Watt. She married Thomas Barr on January 10, 1833 in McLean County, Illinois.
- NOTE* - Illinois Statewide Marriage Index, 1763 - 1900 list Thomas Barr married Elcy Watt on January 10, 1833 in McLean County, Illinois. His obituary stated he married Aley Watt January 10, 1833 and she survived him. Her tombstone has her name as Elsie C. Barr, tombstone inscription wife of Thomas Barr. familysearch.org has her name listed as Alcy C. Watt
Elizabeth C. was born in 1815. She passed away in 1892.
