Phineas Wheeler was born at Concord, MA on Apr. 3, 1745, son of Francis and Sarah (Blood) Wheeler. ^{[1] [2][3]}

He married Lydia Wheeler about 1775. She was born was born at Concord, MA on May 1, 1747, daughter of Joseph and Lydia (Wheeler) Meriam. ^[1]

He died died June 18, 1814. ^[1]

Lydia died March 26, 1839. ^[3]
