Jimmy was born about 1820. He served on the Confederate side of the Civil War in the 17th Georgia Infantry, Company D as a Private. Jimmy passed away after 18 Jun 1880. Jimmy was buried in Mount Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery in Wedowee, Alabama.
