From a print of Thomas "Toby" Phillpott, Town Crier of Margate in general circulation - original artist unknown -probably W.J. Hubard or one of his contemporaries, but would have been originally created in around the 1830s as that was when Hubard's Gallery was at 109 Strand, London.
