Sears Coat of Arms - i took the photo -

Gules a chev. ar. betw. three eaglets ppr. on a chief erm. an escallop betw. two mullets of the first (Gules, a chevron argent between three eaglets proper on a chief ermine an escallop between two mullets of the first).

i.e. Red shield (gules) with a white (argent) chevron between three eaglets, natural color (ppr.), top of shield (chief) is ermine fur with a scallop between two stars of the first tincture (i.e. red)
