Biography
Teresa Łojszczyk was born about 1799 in Goliany, Błędów parish, the daughter of Maciej Łojszczyk and Małgorzata (Lesiecka) Łojszczyk.
Marriage & Family
On 23 November 1825, Teresa (a 26-year-old maiden residing in Goliany) married Antoni Zuber (a 22-year-old bachelor, blacksmith, kowalczyk, born in Goliany, son of the late Ignacy Zuber and surviving Regina) in the parish church at Błędów.[1]
Research Notes
- Surname Spelling: Recorded as *Łoszczyk* in the marriage act register index, but belongs to the *Łojszczyk* family of Goliany / Błędów.
- Age & Birth Year: Her age is stated as 26 years on her November 1825 marriage record, placing her birth year around 1799.
- Marriage Witnesses: Antoni Woycicki (aged 50, blacksmith / kowal) and Antoni Stępień (aged 44, innkeeper / szynkarz), both residing in Błędów; Kacper Szczęsny (aged 40, farmer) and Mateusz Pawiński (aged 54, farmer), both residing in Borowe.
