Biography

He was born 7-May-1748 and married Abigail -----. One daughter is given, i.e., Deborah, born 1768 and married Josiah Priest. In "Corrections and Additions" at Vol. III, No. 1, p. 221, a son William is credited "on authority of Strong genealogy." Family records, however, say he was baptized as above and died by drowning near Binghamton, Broome County, New York. A descendant claims nine children in this family, but only the seven below are known by name.^[1]
