Obituary

George S. Ferguson, former Jamestown resident, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Clarence Fuller, Ashvllle, this morning at 8:20 o'clock, aged 81 years. Besides Mrs. Fuller, he is survived by two other daughters, Mrs. Diana Perry of Jamestown and Mrs. E. E. Chapin of Philadelphia; three sons, I.L. Ferguson of Geneva, O; U.S. Ferguson of Jamestown, and E.E. Ferguson of Erie, Pa.; 28 grand-children, and 13 great grandchildren. Funeral services will he held at the Wesleyan Methodist church, Ashvllle, Saturday at 2 p.m.

Her age was 56 years, 9 months and 11 days, and she leaves in addition to the husband seven children, Mrs. Mertie Fuller and Verne Ferguson of Asheville; Eben Ferguson of Fluvanna; Ulysses Ferguson of Busti; Mrs. Dena Terry of this city and Ina and Iva Ferguson, twins, who reside at the family home. These twins were 16 years of age Wednesday. Mrs. Ferguson also leaves a sister, Mrs. May Howard of Clymer, a half-sister, Mrs. A. Lee Ford of Ellicott, two half-brothers, Melville F. Clark and Linville W. Clark, both of Jamestown, and a stepmother, Mrs. Emma E.
