Barker-1198 and Barker-172 appear to represent the same person because: Barker-1198 and Barker-172 are clear duplicates: the parents, and d. agree. One has a marriage partner one does not. I located the Vital Record for his m. to Mary Abbot and cleaned up the old ged-com upload [by removing the extraneous code].

Edit: The only difference between the two profiles is the year of his b. 1708 versus 1706 but both profiles use the same b. day and month. Sorry I didn't catch that immediately. Since both profile births are unsupported by a source at this time I suggest you use the 1706 b. year which comes from his Find-A-Grave record.

That record does include a clear legible image of his beautifully carved gravestone which would classify it as a primary source vital record except in this case the stone is split down the middle and the key pieces showing year of b. and d. are missing. What it does show is that he was born 21 Jan _____ and d. in his 31st year. That's still important information for his descendants. On a final note: The 1706 b. year doesn't 'clash' with his siblings birth.

Please approve the merger. Thanks for your help. Any questions don't hesitate to ask the WikiTree community either here or in G2G.
