Samuel Barstow II was a Massachusettsan.

When Deacon Samuel Barstow was born on February 7, 1709, in Scituate, Massachusetts, his father, Samuel, was 26 and his mother, Lydia, was 18. He married Margaret Stockbridge on November 26, 1731, in Hanover, Massachusetts. They had nine children in 20 years. He died on November 19, 1801, in Hanover, Massachusetts, at the impressive age of 92, and was buried there. [1][2]

The will of Samuel Barstow, of Hanover, yeoman was dated 15 August 1793 and proved on 25 November 1801 in Plymouth. He mentioned his children, Samuel Barstow (executor), Daniel Barstow (executor), Lusannah Ruggles, wife of John Ruggles, Grace Foster, wife of Elisha Foster, and his grandchildren, Stockbridge Barstow (son of his son Seth Barstow), Sarah Barstow (daughter of his son Charles Barstow, decd.), Margaret Bailey, and Seth Bailey.
