"Whereas by decent from Eli Parker, deceased, the following named Persons to wit Prucence Parker, Malinda Dolace, Prudence Jr, Charlotte Temple, Daniel Parker, Greenberry Parker, Ellen Tredaway (sic) formerly Elen Parker and Elizabeth Small formerly Elzabeth Parker have devised Equal and undivided interest and hold Equal and undivided Title to a tract of Land in the County of Rhea and state of Tennessee and in the 2nd civil District of said county which said Eli Parker died seized and possessed of containing 160 acres and bounded as follows.. [description].... Now we the said....[all names] ..and G.W. Small who purchased the interest of Greenberry Parker in said lands do hereby sell, transfer.......to Elizabeth Stinecipher......"
