The Elizabeth Boteler who married Hamon Massey is shown by Richardson to be the daughter of John Boteler and Isabel Harington (so, this John's sister, not his daughter). Richardson also only shows Margaret Stanley as this John's wife.

Multiple sources refer to "Baron of Warrington" - none of the holders of this barony were called to Parliament as Lord Warrington. this was a feudal barony of the County Palatinate of Lancashire.

Boteler-316 and Boteler-11 appear to represent the same person because: Once Elizabeth is removed as daughter for Boteler-316, since she is his sister, these pfoiles should be ready to merge, they are both of John Boteler Jr.
