Sarah Bryant was born at Machias, Maine, 7 Apr 1806, the daughter of Samuel Davis Bryant and Elizabeth Bowker; ^{[1] [2] [3]} died at Vanceboro, Maine, 1 Aug 1881, aged "78"y 3m 25d, ^[4] or "78"y 3m 24d, ^[5] and is buried in the Vanceboro Cemetery; ^[6] married (1) at Cooper, Maine, 6 Apr 1826, Hiram Pineo; ^{[7] [8] [9] [10]} married (2) c1838, Eli Sprague, Jr.. ^{[11] [12] [13]}
