JOHN WALDEGRAVE GASCOYNE, Deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims, or demands against the estate of of John Waldegrave Gascoyne, late of Peckham House, Peckham, in the county of Surrey, deceased (who died on the 13th day of January, 1887, and letters of administration of whose personal estate and effects were, on the 28th day of January, 1887, granted by the Principal Registry of the Probate, Divorce, and Admiralty Division of the High Court of Justice to the natural and lawful sister and one of the next-of-kin of the said deceased), are hereby required to send, in writing, particulars of their debts, claims, or demands to the undersigned, Solicitors for the administratrix, on or before the 21st day of March, 1887, after which date the said administratrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled • thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims, and demands of which she shall then have had notice; and that the said administratrix will not afterwards be liablefor the said assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person of whose debt, claim, or demand she shall not then have had notice.—Dated this 15th day of February,1887.
