Prior to 1730 William Seagraves, Sr. married a Sarah, probably in Isle of Wight County, Virginia. She is named with William in a land sale dated 17 Oct 1766 in Northampton County, North Carolina. [1]
On 15 Dec 1715 in Middlesex County, Virginia, a William Segrave married Ann Sincoe. [2] The source actually shows a William Seagur marrying Anne Scinco. It is my assumption, based on the below entry, that Seagur was a corruption of Segrave. 20 May 1717 “At a Court…held for Gloucester County [Virginia] on Tuesday the 20th day of May 1707. [This date is assumed to be an error for 1717]: In a suit in Chancery between John Clark and Anne, his wife, complainant and Richard Hubbard and William Miller… a paper mentions that Wm. Seagur married Ann, daughter of Richard Sincoe and Anne, now wife.” [3]
Since William Segrave, son of Francis of Isle of Wight County, Virginia, was likely too young and too far away to be this William, I suggest that this William who married Ann Sincoe was a different individual.

Her name in the sources is always Ann. I don't know where the Sarah came from.
